School Mission Statement

“Grange Primary School is a community inspired by the spirit of Christ. It is the view of the school that each child in the school is unique and individual and should be encouraged to develop to his/her fullest potential. Furthermore, education in Grange Primary School promotes a strong Catholic ethos, is inclusive, respectful and encourages the religious development of all in their own faith.”

GrangePrimary Schoolprovides a balanced and broadly based curriculum which aims  to:

  • Promote the enrichment of pupil life, spiritually, morally, culturally, intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially;
  • Help prepare children for their role as young adults, enabling them to be active participants in society and responsible contributors to it.

  1. To provide a caring, Christian, catholic environment in which children are given opportunities to grow in confidence and self-esteem;
  2. To enlarge a child’s knowledge, experience and imaginative understanding, and thus his/her awareness of moral values and capacity  for enjoyment;
  3. To instil in children an appreciation of their own worth as individuals;
  4. To help children develop an attitude of appreciation for others;
  5. To help children realise their own uniqueness and importance.

The above aims are underpinned by our core educational values of:
