The children in KS2 were very lucky to receive a visit from the Dairy Council last week in relation to their Food and Fitness programme.
The Food and Fitness programme has been designed and developed by the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland to help teach primary school children about the benefits of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
Well done to all the children for answering out and showcasing your fantastic knowledge about how we can keep ourselves fit and healthy 👍🏻
