History was made today when our Primary 6 & 7 netball and football teams returned from St. Louis Grammar School both having been victorious in their tournaments.
The girls won the Bank of Ireland shield for their success in the netball tournament and the boys won the cup for the Primary School Blitz.
Thankfully the staff at school were ‘tipped off’ and had the remainder of the children out to welcome the teams back to Grange.
We’re sure that the cheers could be heard in the neighbouring townlands, such was the excitement.
Thank you to the coaches who have worked with the children throughout the year both in school and out of school hours. Your support is appreciated more than we can express.
