Down GAA visitor
We were delighted to welcome Mr. Ronan Sheehan, manager of the Down Senior Hurling team, to Grange this morning. He brought the NHL Division 2 cup to show the children, which was a memorable experience for everyone. Ronan spoke about the importance of practicing skills, no matter what they are, and emphasized the value of maintaining a positive attitude.
This visit was particularly special and poignant as Ronan is a past pupil of our school. Our students are incredibly fortunate to have a legacy of excellence in sports and other achievements among our alumni, who are always eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with the younger generation.
A special thank you to our hurling coach, Fergal, for organizing this wonderful visit.
