Green flag success
We are delighted to tell you that we have been awarded the prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag for the third time!
The Eco-Schools Programme is the world’s largest Environmental Education programme and aims to make environmental awareness and action an intrinsic part of the life and ethos of a school. The internationally recognised Green Flag is this highest award given to Eco-Schools and symbolises excellence in the field of environmental activity.
Our children and staff in Grange have been championing environmental issues for many years, continually building upon previous successes.
This year part of our work was enhancing our outdoor learning space to provide a lovely place for everyone to work and learn.
The Primary 7 Eco team members Jack, Ciara and Grace are pictured with their class, Eco coordinators Mrs Shauna Morgan and Mrs Karen Sloan and Principal Ms Diane Hughes.
