Primary 1,2 and 3 had a very enjoyable trip today to the Lobster Hatchery at Seascope and the Coastguard Centre. The children got to see some wonderful sea creatures and some even shook claws with a very special blue lobster. Thank you to Stacey and Sarah for the wonderful talk and claws on activities. The boys and girls also got to experience the work of a Coast Guard. A special thankyou to Coast Guards Danielle and Norman who made us feel very welcome today. Did you know that lobsters had blue blood?
