The boys and girls in Primary 7 had a very useful workshop today. They talked and learned about the transition they will be making very soon - moving to post primary school. They watched a dvd in which Year 8 pupils shared their experiences, brainstormed ideas on the similarities and differences between primary and post primary school, discussed how to tackle bullying and what to do in the first few weeks or months if you need help. Huge thanks to the Educational Welfare Officer Bernadette, who provided the pupils with lots of information and reassured them about 'Moving On and Moving Up!'
