The boys and girls in P6/7 had a fantastic time with Karen from RSPB during the wildlife workshop. They picked particular areas in the school grounds to carefully examine the amount and type of wildlife that could be found. They also did a bio-blitz - finding lots of different examples of wildlife within a set time period. Using special catchers and magnifying glasses, pupils were able to take a closer look at the minibeasts they discovered. This was further enhanced by the use of a magnifying camera and I-Pad, which produced some stunning photographs.
