Primary 5/6 had the finale of their Peace IV Shared Education today - and what a finale it was! 😊
They had a very early start this morning, leaving Grange at 8am to pick up Primary 4, 5, 6 & 7 from their partner Killowen Primary School. They travelled together to Tayto Park where they met the third school in the partnership, 4th Class from St Nicholas’ Church of Ireland School, Dundalk.
The excitement was fever pitch as the bus drove under the arch at Tayto Park and their longed-for reward was very near.
The children visited the 5D cinema as a whole class along with the ponies, carousel, train and Nissan driving school. Some children braved the Cuchulain rollercoaser whilst others rode on the Windstar. They visited the Flight School and numerous other attractions too.
In the midst of all the fun, the children were glad to have a rest and enjoy a hot meal at lunch time.
Everyone had a fantastic day with their friends and made memories to last a lifetime.
