A huge thank you to Mrs Yvonne Murtagh from the Pupil Personal Development Service who took a workshop with the P6/7 pupils called ‘Stress Busters’. All of the pupils thoroughly enjoyed the session and discovered lots of practical ways to deal with their emotions, particularly if they are feeling stressed or anxious about something. The pupils completed a range of activities and had the opportunity to practice mindfulness through relaxation exercises.
