Primary One had a great day at Kilbroney Centre on their Gruffalo trail.
Liz Farnan led the children on a nature trail through 'the deep dark wood' in search of the Gruffalo.
They found lots of clues along the way and took part in activities based on the story and the signs of autumn.
The children shared their knowledge of animals and trees in autumn with Liz and even sang her the Gruffalo song!
A really lovely day was had by everyone!
