This morning we made a presentation to Mrs Bernadette Campbell of Trocaire.
We are most grateful for the support of our families in raising over £1018.31 during Lent for this worthy cause. We must remember that in addition to the amount raised for Trocaire, £654 was collected at a coffee morning on Palm Sunday for local missionary priest Fr Nicky Hennity.
This is an amazing achievement for our small school. Sincere thanks to everyone who helped by donating prizes and enabling their children to buy raffle tickets.
Mrs Campbell spoke to everyone assembled about how the money will be spent. She was very complimentary of our wonderful pupils and before leaving described Grange as 'a little piece of heaven'. What a lovely description!
