Fantastic effort was made by all the boys and girls in Primary 2 & 3 today when they dressed up as their favourite character for World Book Day. Lots of children brought the book with their character in it for us to talk about.
Mrs McAteer told the boys and girls about her favourite author Enid Blyton and some children are now really looking forward to being able to read ‘The Famous Five’ books.
We got to see some wonderful characters from lots of different books in school today.
The Little Red Hen even visited Primary 2 & 3 today!
