Today is the 25th World Book Day celebration.
The children in our school have participated in a variety of activities today - listening to stories, talking about authors, writing book reviews, designing new book covers and creating character profiles to name a few.
A raffle was held in each classroom to award £5 Waterstones vouchers and the winners are pictured. We hope that they have fun choosing a lovely new book to buy and read.
Every child in the school received their World Book Day token which can be redeemed against a special World Book Day book (at no extra cost) or to take £1 off the price of any book.
